Student finance account – expected date reminder

Hi there, I recently received an email with the following text:


We’ll still give you a progress update between None to None.
We’ll email you if we need anything else from you. You can also check the progress of your application at https://www.gov.uk/student-finance.

I'm a bit confused, was there supposed to be a date in place? When I check my application it is currently still processing.
