Can I apply online? SFE

Hiya. I am a continuing student. Last year I applied as a child of a migrant worker. I reapplied online this year.
I just received an email which stated that 'an update would be available between NONE and NONE.' which made me wonder if I wasn't suppose to do it online?
Will I have to send a physical copy like last year? Also what evidences will I have to prepare?

You can reapply online as you are a returning student however, it does sound like an incorrect timescale. It would be best to start a live chat on your account or call so that an adviser can look into this for you.
