How to change the amount of my loan?

I received a loan for about 60% of my fees.
How do I increase this to 100%?
Also, can I get an extra loan for travelling fees?

This will allow us to award you the maximum loan that you're entitled to.

We don't offer any additional funds for travelling fees, unfortunately.
