Unconditional Offers w/ FM in Gap Year

I'm doing FM in my gap year, with A*A*A already achieved, including Maths.

I'm thinking of applying to a Uni that doesn't require FM in the hope they'd give me an unconditional. Would this be the case, or would they be likely to stipulate a condition on FM?

If they dont require FM and you meet the requirements any offer they make would be unconditional. That doesnt mean they will make you an offer as any university asking these grades is likely to be oversubscribed and will be very choosy.
