*URGENT* Non-UK parents income assesment SLC
Hi,
I am in the process of swithcing from a migrant worker to a home student application because I was recently granted settled status. My worry is how my mother's income will be assessed because she lives and works in the EU?
WIll this become an issue when the SLC look at her PFF2 form because she lives in a different country? Can this invalidate my application?

Hi Mara_apa,
If your mother lives abroad she will need to complete the pff2 form and also send evidence of her taxable income for the relevant tax year such as that country's equivalent of a P60 as we are unable to check this with HMRC.
