Career issue...
I work at one of the biggest companies in the world, I feel people would dream to work in my company.
However there is a risk I could lose my employment at the company, I'm not hitting the right targets in my role.
I have never been in this position before in my career that I could lose my job.
I've been told that I'm a hard worker by my colleagues.
I see myself as a failure because I work in the biggest company in the world and there could be a possibility that I could lose it all and basically start right back down .
I have really tried by best, I haven't slacked...I strive to learn.
I'm work hard on feedback from my bosses but it just isn't enough for them and my team.
Any advice?

Does your contract have a clause for termination if you fail to meet targets?
