Have had wages deducted but loan period expired

Hi, the 25 year period has passed since I took out my last student loan. i recently started a new job and "student loan deductions" has appeared on my payslip. Our payroll department say they can only stop this from happening when they receive notification from SFE. I have spoken to Erudio, my payroll department and SFE yesterday and I keep getting passed from one organisation to another. Please can you help to resolve this?
