Student finance study abroad

for my langauge course I have two mandatory years studying abroad in my second and third year. will i be eligible for student finance funding for both these years and will i need to reapply for student finance each year (how do i do this?)

Hi there,

Yes you should still be eligible for funding even if you are studying abroad. You should be able to apply on your online account. Have you applied as a UK national, Migrant Worker or EU national?

Hi there,

The applications for the 2024/25 academic year are not open yet. They should be open in February/March time and then you will be able to apply on your online account.
