How can i lose body fat?

Would i need to eat less carbs? If so how much should i consume for body fat loss?

You need to be in a calorie deficit

Everyday you eat food that fills you up and helps your body maintain it's muscle, fat and health, this is called your calorie maintenance.

You either need to eat less calories (food), increase your energy output, or do both, so that your body can be in a calorie deficit so your body taps into your body fat as energy reservoirs
