I saw this guy at an event then checked his profile on Instagram. I feel like I really like him as in his personality even though I have never talked to him. I don’t even know his relationship status. I m in London as an international student and this might be my last year here as a student. Idk how to connect with him? Also I m very shy and don’t have many friends here in London whereas he seems to be really social and a confident person. Idk what to do
