I’m turning 18 and my parents don’t let me leave the house
Hey guys i’m turning 18 but my parents esp my dad are very possessive (toxic maybe) i’ve had daddy issues from the beginning so i do have a boyfriend to take care of me but i’m not able to meet him cuz my parents won’t let me leave the house as i’m from a brown household i can’t do anything about it but i was wondering if i could talk it out with my mom
You could try.
Parents are the most complicated creatures on the planet! You can never really know their reasons. If you feel like you can talk it out with your mom and she'll listen and help you then totally go for it!
If that fails then maybe wait until you're fully independent!
