UCL Accommodation - Flat Contract Transfer (only 5 mins away)

I am now looking for people to take over my rental contract. It's located at Fitzroy Street (W1T 6LA), and it's a 2-floor loft. It's 2b1b, and the room that I am letting is the main bedroom. The weekly rent is 375 pounds, and the period of the contract is Feb 2024 to July 2025.

The flat is on the 5th & 6th floor of the building, and this has an amazing location for UCL and LSE students. It's really convenient to get to multiple tube stations, including Warren Street Station and Great Portland Street Station, and allow you to get on Northern, Victoria, and Circle line within 1-2 minutes by walking. It's also 5 minutes away from UCL main campus and Euston Station. There are multiple grocery stores nearby, including Tesco, Lidl, Sainsbury, Oseyo, etc.*
