Can I add I have undiagnosed mental health conditions on my UCAS references

I've been dealing with mental health problems for years now but I haven't gotten an official diagnosis. Right now, I'm on waiting lists for therapy and I regularly see the gp but I'm not sure if I should add it to my references.

When I was filling out my application I said I had no mental health conditions and due to mistakes from my school my application has already been sent out - so I can't really change it now (i think). But my school did say they can update the references for me. So I'm wondering if I can say I have mental health issues when I don't have an official diagnosis.

It doesn’t make any difference either way, I believe it’s just for ucas diversity data universities don’t see it due to equality and to avoid discrimination etc. When you get offers you can speak to the uni disability services about adjustments etc but putting it on ucas won’t change a thing x
