What schools can i get into?
If I get an A* in Psychology this summer my grades in total would be
A*, Merit and a Pass totaling 104 UCAS points
Would like to do a business course at university could i make it into a top 25 university?

104 points isnt going to get you anywhere near a 'top' Uni.
Even at 'lower' Unis they will want 112-120 points as Business is a high demand subject.
You might like to look at Foundation courses like :
Business, Management and Economics (with a foundation year) BSc : University of Sussex
Foundation course in Foundation in Business at Oxford Brookes University
Or think about doing an apprenticeship - Find an apprenticeship (findapprenticeship.service.gov.uk)
