re applying for student finance

last year I applied for student finance got accepted but deferred the course to the next year in September.
the Uni has cancelled and blocked all payments and it now shows withdrawn.
Will I still be able to apply again when my course actually starts and still be accepted by student finance?

Thanks i was a bit worried as its my second time applying for student finance and had to change the date.
Its for 2024/2025. i will apply again after march.
