Because I am about to complete my studies, I would like to transfer my student accommodation (Orchard Lisle and Iris Brook) to a student in need. Due to the school regulations, the contract can only be transferred to students of Kings College London. Here are the basic details of the apartment:
1. Lease term: From 2024/01/19 to 2024/09/07, £243 per week, including bills. Contract transfer through the college.
2. Address: Orchard Lisle and Iris Brook, Talbot Yard, London SE1 1XT. 5 min walk to London bridge stations and 3 min walk to Guys Campus.
3. Room types: Non-Ensuite. Share two bathrooms and one kitchen with three roommates.
