Student Finance - Cannot apply for student finance for the third year

Hello,

I'm currently in my 2nd year of a 3-year course. I failed 1st year and retook some of the modules I had failed. I, then, passed my first year and I'm currently in my 2nd year of study.
I tried to go on student finance and start applying but it says that I have "existing applications for all existing academic years".

Is there anything I could do, in regards to this? Thank you!
