My EPQ Question

I am planning on doing my EPQ on the impacts of climate change on Costa Rica, focusing on individual ecosystems however I am aware that this would lead to a description instead of a debate. Does anyone have any ideas of how to make this a balanced debate?

I'd recommend making it into a question idk something of the following sort, this is like a quick one I came up with, keep in mind I have no knowledge on your topic so this might sound stupid but its what I thought of to like I guess propose an argument. "How do the impacts of climate change vary across different ecosystems in Costa Rica, and what arguments surround the strategies for adaptation and mitigation?"
