that really does work, specially if you do each letter like 2-4 times and start off really slow and work your way throu the alphabet, then speed up, the again then speed up sum more etc. it might take ages depending on your spped changes but they seem to love it, and now i can pick up about 30 lbs with my tongue :wink:
