I agree, if you post a picture of you wearing what you normally wear etc. we can offer advice
Are you sure your not trying to attract the wrong girls? Sounds like there hollow and not worth it.

Once I met this guy and instantly thought he was good looking, but after living near him at uni for a year I thought he looked kinda plain. Whereas when I genuinely like someone for their personality I gradually pick up on physical things I like about them more.
Girls have massive insecurities with this too, that guy they like might find them attractive, but what if he actually sees himself with a curvier/skinnier/boobier/less boobier girl and his attentions will then go to someone else who flirts in his direction, even if they are a genuinely nice girl.
Looks are important but they kind of tie in with personality when you get to know someone, and it always takes more than just looks or it is just a shallow relationship. You might not get many 1 night stands with sober people.
Also confidence means a lot, it lets girls know that you would be comfortable spending time around them and not get awkward.
You are spending thousands of pounds on cosmetic surgery, it wont ultimately change how you feel about yourself on the inside, you clearly have low self esteem. Spend that money on a personal trainer, get a decent tan, dress like you just walked out of dolce and gabbana and start to socialise like you'll die if you stop and your success will improve.

For a long time, I have been deluding myself into thinking that I was good looking. But I am not. Many people don't say it to my face, rather they hint at it, if you get my drift.

Basically, I am going through a lot of cosmetic surgery. I recently had my jaw reset; this has improved my appearance slightly. But My side profile is quite bad; I have a large hump on my nose, and my chin is recessed. My eyes are also droopy.

Now the problem I am having is that many girls find me very interesting, quirky, and funny. I often get told I am really really cool and I do get complimented for the way I dress. But when it comes down to it, they just are not attracted. I try to bat in my league, but even then, the girls are picky. Sure there are areas I can walk on - mainly my body.

I am currently very depressed about this. I am in my 20s, and I feel like I have a lot to offer to a woman in a relationship, but because I am not attractive enough (and somewhat geeky), girls will never look beyond it. And I will constantly be playing second fiddle to the really good looking guys. Who from hanging out with - have no problems attracting.

I have my large cosmetic surgery in a few months time. So I was wondering if anyone on here, has gone through this?

Cheers.

I feel exactly the same about my side profile, I hate it! I look alright from the front, but from the side I hate myself. When you say your chin is recessed, is this part of orthodontics where you're having your jaw reset?
