hmm best paused close grip bench performance yet I think, and really good pressing today in general. Seems weird how whenever I'm not doing wide grip benching I make no pressing gains whatsoever e.g. when I was only OHPing and push press or recently when I was only CGBPing. ****test tricep genetics ever. Will have to make sure to keep that pec nice and happy!
Low back was a bit sore and weak from that massive 9 reps of volume yesterday so I actually did a bit less than I was planning to do :P Still a decent performance as I felt about as strong as last week despite the fatigue.
Also I'm gonna try out something again for next week's high stress week. Gonna move squatting to Sunday so nearly all of my lower body movements will have their own day that week ^_^
