Attendance is poor, will my loan be withdrawn?
I haven't been to a seminar this term and they are the only classes with a register. They start at 9 and due to my poor sleeping pattern I can't get up that early anymore. I have been to lectures though which aren't recorded. Will this affect my next payment even though it's been approved?

No. Attendance is an internal uni issue. Student Finance won't be interested unless the uni throws you out for poor attendance.
However IF they throw you out student finance are well within their right to ask for last date of attendance and make you repay any loans and grants since then. Submission of work is, I believe, proof of attendance.
