Hi maddie3756,
When you withdraw, we will require a Change of Circumstances from your university to confirm the date you last attended your course. Once this is received and processed our assessors will recalculate your entitlement for the length of time you attended the course which may lead to an overpayment which will be removed from your future entitlement if you return to study, or you can set up an agreeable payment plan with our collections team. You can start a live chat on your account or call us, so that an adviser can block any future Maintenance Loan payments to prevent further overpayment. Our current processing timescales are approximately 16 working days, with subject to change depending on our current volumes.
