Student finance cancelled

I don’t know what to do I called student finance to find out my university has told them I’m not enrolled on my course but I’ve been attending lectures and also did exams when I called the buisness school of my university they said they was unaware and I’m listed and enrolled now I’ve received a invoice that I owe the uni the 9,250 but they was the ones to cancel my tuition loan
