Eating highly nutritious food, nutrients that support bone development, Vit D, Calcium, and B12 supports the development of nerves and provides energy. And then a lot of sleep. Guys growth can vary more than women, some guys stop growing at like 18, some even stop at 25. But 6"0 at 17 is tall/ slightly above average anyway. you'll probably be your dads height but slightly taller.

Drink milk.

6 foot is fine dude... Makes you taller than the average guy but not too tall. Don't get me wrong 6 1 is optimum in my mind (wewt) but you do not need to be any taller. Feel sorry for those guys out there who are short lol.
