Change of circumstances
I changed course and sent the change of circumstances form in the first of september, I would like to know when am I going to receive the confirmation for the loan. I'm supposed to register in the uni on the 26th and I can't do it without it.

Hi,
the timescales at the moment for change of circumstance form is approx 13 working days from the day we receive the documents. If this has passed then you will need to call us to check why not been updated.
