my mum tells me that its bad to keep the wifi on because of the radiation and signals. Is that even true?

I do but it gets annoying knowing you have no wifi to chat with friends😂

My parents used to but thankfully stopped.

Only thing I can recommend is download programmes on iPlayer, channel 4 player or itv player to watch after the wifi has gone off.

No they don't, its not in their room. Seems a bit strange to turn it off lol I usually watch Netflix before I sleep so it would be so damn annoying.

We only have it on whenever someone needs internet access on the laptop/computer :frown:

Then again, I don't even have a half-decent phone to even Whatsapp on in bed, so I'm not so fussed. I've gotten used to living without WiFi. I'm a caveman. I know :troll:
she knows u lot are gonna watch porn thats why
Yeah at 2/3 am
they do cos they dont want u 2 watch child photography

My daddy turns it off (I don't live at home anymore though, so it doesn't bother me). It's because my 15yr old brother would happily stay up til 4am talking to his friends and playing stupid games.
Do you come from an Asian or Muslim family? have you tried to see if there are any wi fi networks you cna piggback? Alternatively maube dload what you need to watch. Netflix is going that way anyway. When you get your own place then you can have superfast bb.

You could get yourself a mobile hotspot, but that costs money and you sound like you are at school.

I just wondered. Plenty of theads on tehse forums about how hardcore they are requiring their kids to study and not letting them have a social life.

Yeah, I know someone who has parents that turn their wifi off so they study. They are Asian.
We all know that's not what you're doing after 1am

My parents turn off the wifi from the switch near the outlet which is in their room. Id be randomly chatting with my friends and the wifi cuts out 😒. Does anyone know a way around it?? I really cant live without wifi 😅

Heard that too. Just turn your wifi off from your phone, and put it on flight mode (if you put it near your pillow) :yep:

my parents have gotten so smart that they have thing that they just put the time they want it off and it turns off just like that, they don't even have to get out of bed. They have been doing this for the past two years and no breakdowns have made them change their mind but i have gotten used to it so it's not as bad as it was at the start
