Unsure about whether you’re already registered? Email your local Electoral Registration Office with your name and address for confirmation.
•
To vote by post or proxy, you need to be registered to vote.
•
If you’re registered in a Northern Irish constituency, you’ll need to fill in a form and send it to the Electoral Office for Northern Ireland.
•
You'll need to provide your Digital Registration Number, as well as a valid reason why you can’t vote in person.

You and your proxy both have to be registered and eligible to vote in this Election.
•
Your proxy needs to be able to get to your polling station on 12 December.
