Is it normal not to have those things on the skin?

You know those brown spots on the skin, moles? Is everyone supposed to get them?
I don’t have any at all

Nobody is “supposed to get them” people just do. It’s not abnormal to have none.

Nope. It's normal to have moles and also normal to not have them. The only time when you should be concerned is if a mole appears on you that you didn't have before. You should speak to your doctor if that happens.

New moles developing is harmless, it's when they change shape, colour or texture when you should see a doctor to see if its melanoma.
