Paper application help
I had a problem with the online application so have been advised to start again by paper. I am just wondering what happens once I have sent the paper copy off? Obviously as it is not online I will not be able to check the progress etc. so when will I hear from them about the progress of my application etc? Any details about the the paper application would be helpful as I am still sort of in the dark about it all.

Hi Laura,
Once your paper application has been received it is processed in the exact same way the online application.
This means that you will be able to track the progress of your processing application regardless of the way in which you submit it to us.
All applications, paper and online take around 6 weeks to be processed.
