Application problem

Hello,

I was trying to apply for the full-time loan.I already got the student last year.
I can login and check my details, but when I'm in the area where it says "Full-time student" and "Part-time student" all I can see is a long line.
When I scroll down I can see the button for the mature students, just not the one I need.

How long does it usually takeuntil the documents are send out?

thank you! Is this the right one for students who are applying for the second time?
I remember I got a paper per post (which I didn't have anymore).
This paper looks like the one I did for the first application.
