Applying to AAB university with ABB... (Lancaster)

I am predicted ABB and I could get either ABB (if my resit doesn't bring one B to an A) or AAB. I'd like to apply for Biological Sciences at Lancaster. I understand that it's around/in the top 10 for this subject so it could be competitive etc. Is there anyway they'd give me an offer?

If you're one grade below, it's worth applying.
You can apply to it as your 'risky' choice, but of course there are no guarantees that you'll get in. Don't forget that even if you do get an AAB offer, you still have to get AAB grades at the end of this year - otherwise, you may as well not have bothered applying. So, I'd only bother applying if you think getting AAB is a genuine likelihood.
