Hi, when applying for finance my mum was asked to provide evidence of her income so we did, we only received the letter of what they wanted 4 days before the deadline of when they wanted it. We did send the evidence with a note explaining why they might of received it late. Then my mums account on SFE acknowledged that they had received her evidence. We then received a 'chase letter' stating we hadn't provided the evidence however a day after receiving the 'chase letter' I received my declaration letter which I have now sent off. Should i disregard the 'chase letter' or re-send the evidence?
