My Dad Can't Remember His Password or His Secret Answer

Hi guys,
When my dad tried to reset his password, he typed in his e-mail in the "forget your password" part and an email was sent to him, giving him a link to reset his password. He he copied and pasted that email in the search bar, and it did not allow him to reset his password.
What should he do?

Hi,

If your dad can't remember his login details, the quickest way to get these reset is by calling us on 0300 100 0607 & we will send him out a new secret answer & password.

Hi,

Your father should have received an email with his log-in details within 24 hours of calling.

If your father has still yet to receive this email, please ask him to call us once more on 0300 100 0607 for assistance.
