Hardest English accent to understand

As mentioned on the title.

I think any northern accent are hard to understand (especially Scottish and Geordie)

Except when they speak Gaelic.. Or whatever the native languages are.

I dunno, I can understand all the ones I've heard. I suppose a thick Scottish accent would be hard to understand.
Geordie, especially when you add in all the slang. I haven't a clue half the time and I've lived here for 5 years...
Shetland islands- kinda not a accent though as a lot of their words resemble their norse origins rather than the modern english.

Definitely scouse, it's like their mouths have a special gland that secretes phlegm every time they pronounce a c or k
