account problem
I am an undergraduate beginning my course on September this year and I received letters containing my customer reference number and internet password but I am unable to login to the link provided in the letters. Who do I contact to address this problem?

I would ensure you are using either a pc/laptop and google chrome when trying to log in. If this fails call us on 0300 100 0607 in order for us to reset these details. Thanks
