Firstly I wouldnt recommend putting your phone number online personally.

Your friend seems to be in a difficult situation, but i think that she doesnt deserve to be in that situation i would seriously advice her to seek help whether its at school or them helplines aka social services etc. They are great help always understanding and try to do their best.

Get her to tell her school about it, or social services. It is not ok to live in that kind of environment

Get her to go to YMCA or Routes office. She's young enough that they would be able to help and possibly even get her an ensuite room or something like that where she can move into instead of having to live in a situation like that.
