If you have applied online then we would need a valid online declaration form to be sent in to us as once your application is approved we need this to fully approve the application so we can arrange to release your payments. If you have sent one already and it is still showing as required on your online account then it could be that it hasn't been processed yet. We are currently taking up to seven working days for processing these from the date of receipt.
If it is longer than those timescales then I would recommend sending in another one. You can print this off from your online account.
Check your online account to see if this has been processed as once this has been done it will be removed from your 'To Do List'.
