Should Obese people be treated by the NHS for free?

Research- the main cause of obesity is habit and behaviour- thus, this overpowers the fact that they should pay for their treatment, also smokers and alcoholism likewise
Smokers pay a lot of tax already and so do people who drink alcohol.
