2nd year of masters loan

Hi there,

I am in my second year studying for a MA with the Open University and I have registered and started my next module. i have checked on the student finance website and the payment which is scheduled for 1st November is is 'awaiting confirmation'. Please can you advise if there is anything else I need to do?

Hi Pippa, we require the Open University to send the 'confirmation of registration' each academic year to release your Postgraduate loan. Contact them to send this, we usually receive it within 24/48 hours and your payment schedule will be updated online. Thanks, Colin.
