Nottingham Vs Keele - opinions from current or previous students

I would like to hear some honest opinions from students of both universities. My situation is that I am applying to medical school as a graduate for GEM at Nottingham and the 5 year medicine course at Keele.
In the very unlikely, but possible case that I receive offers from both universities..what course is better?

Please do not mention the obvious comparisons, such as the money pit for the 5yr, location and length of study. I generally would like to hear feedback from previous or current students. I've heard some worrying opinions mentioned about GEM at Nottingham - I just want to see if it's an isolated case!

Thanks in advance

Current Keele student (not a medicine one) here. Happy to answer any questions.

Keele is a very isolated, campus based university but as a medical student you'd be spending plenty of time in the Hospital in Stoke which is far more urban.
