There's more to it than that though.

The question, I'd ask is 'Do you find every girl who is a healthy weight sexually attractive?' - that'll give you your answer.

Depends on the person and their tastes.
It wouldn't be solely good enough for me to date them no

Most of the time I do to be honest.

So not all of the time, no.

Yes it helps, but you could be perfectly healthy weight wise (like me) but have an ugly face (like me). Plus, as it is a subjective matter, it cant be enough on its own. It's part of the 'package' if you ygm.

Sorry we only take the extreme ends of both of those choices

No guy is going to find you attractive just because you have a normal weight... unless they had fetish for the extreme ends of the spectrum.... Your personality is more important, as well as looks (e.g. fashion)

No, some people with a seemingly 'healthily weight' look disgustingly fat.

I honestly don't know what healthy weight means to you, but I mean like people who are between BMI of 18.5 and 24.99. I have seen people with BMI 24 ish and look not fat at all

Generally, from experiance, i feel like boys who are ‘overweight’ or more on the big side will go for girls of the same stature. Boys who are athletic, or are toned tend to go for girls with a good physique as well.
