health and social care

i have completed OCR level 2 in health and social care . i have obtained 4 passes and 2 merits. i can't find it on the ucas calculator list and I'm not sure how many points it would give me. would anyone be able to advise me please? does each individual pass or merit has different points ?i'm hoping to do adult nursing in september 2019
