How to get rid of a scar

. My dog panicked after a explosion happened as we were walking past. I had to grab him otherwise he would run into the road full of cars. He scratched my arm and now I think I’m going to get a scar from it. Any ideas on how to get rid of the scar on the inside of my arm? It’s still bruised a bit and going yellow/red around it.
He’s been vaccinated and I’m not worrying about any sort of infection or illness or anything like that.
