Problems changing course after clearing

Has anyone else had problems with their child trying to change their course on their Student Finance account after clearing? We can go all the way through the online questions including selecting the new course but when we press the final confirm button, it just gives us an error message. We have tried numerous times throughout the day and have even tried different web browsers but still have the same problem.
It might just be that their system is overloaded due to the volume of applicants going onto SFE to update things. I'd suggest calling them or messaging them on twitter to have them do it for you (bear in mind the call centre is probably going to have very high call volumes so you may be waiting on hold to connect to someone for a while). DMing them on twitter is usually the most reliable way, but I think it can take them up to a day to get back to you. Calling is the quickest, but sometimes are less helpful than you might hope (and even though it's quicker than waiting for a reply from their twitter, you still could be sat on hold for a long time).

Can you try doing this on a PC or Laptop using Google Chrome? Let us know if that makes a difference.
