Hi, as you have said you made a massive mistake and cheating on him was probably in the back of his mind when you split up. He got an opportunity and he took it.. if you are both determined to stay together you need to communicate with him, don't turn it into an argument but sit down and discuss how he made you feel and how you made him feel, apologise, like physically tell him how sorry you are and work on making it up to him..

I think you feel worse about it because you cheated and he's now also slept with someone else, he could easily do it again.. I hope it works out for you..
