99% of places do not hire under 16 year olds. Quite a few also require you to have finished school as well (i.e. the end of June in year 11).
In the meantime you could try a paper round.

Go to a shop and ask if they're got one going, or look on job websites like Indeed (trash site imo, but they're used a lot by employers).
