Can’t move my head it hurts

So my lower head on the right side is hurting so much. I can’t turn it to the right side or move my head upwards as it hurts soo badly. I have my first autumn exam in 2 days and I’m scared this is gonna affect it. I really need to do these exams because if I don’t then my life is legit over and I’m worrying. It’s been hurting since yesterday afternoon, I thought sleeping on it would make it better but it hurts just as worse. Any advice?
