SSB squats:

Tried the SSB to see what it's like. Had quite a bit of hamstring and glutes DOMS. As this forces you to stay pretty upright, it doesn't use those muscles as much, so the DOMS didn't affect things much. Feels awkward and heavy on your traps, but then I'm not used to holding stuff up there at the moment.
