What feeling is this?

Out of nowhere my crush deliberately sat in front of me during a work meeting, I think they have a crush on me too.

Everything was calm because I arrived early to the conference room but as soon as I saw them. My whole my body exploded like fireworks and I never felt like this about anyone before. I really had to calm myself down, especially as I was in a professional environment.

What kind of feeling is this?

Attraction / lust.

It's obvious you are attracted to her. You're having hot flushes because you care about them and what they think of you.
Perhaps, it's time to think about speaking to them... might get easier in work meetings.
